Mexican night at Sofitel The luxurious French hotel will host dinner at its Balta restaurant, with a regional menu from chef Luis Escamilla and Paula Muñoz. Located in the Carlota hotel, this restaurant by chef Fernando Martínez will offer from 3:00 p.m. until the night is over, a night of tacos made with ingredients from local producers, and in all kinds of versions, from tacos de suadero to tacos Peace style.
